Cancellation Policy

If YOU have to cancel:

We understand things happen and you may have to change your plans.

  • If you cancel 7 working days prior to the session or course date: full deposit refund will be given.

  • If you cancel less than 7 working days prior to the session or course: we will give you a voucher for the deposit value of the training or course to use at another time. The vouchers are transferable and have a 365 day validity.

If WE have to cancel

We are based in wonderful, wild Sri Lanka and unfortunately the conditions do not always play ball. We will always try to give you as much notice as possible but sometimes unpredicted things happen. If we have to cancel, you have a few options:

  • You can reschedule to another course or training date

  • Get a voucher for the deposit amount to use at another time

  • Get a full deposit refund as the weather/conditions are the one thing we can’t control and we want you to have the best possible experience.

Acceptance of Risk

Participants are to be aware that outdoor activities have an element of risk and that participation is at the customer's own risk. Freediving Sri Lanka takes no responsibility for any accident, injury, or loss of property, etc. that might result during or as a result of the conduct of the arranged activities. Some activities must be completed once commenced as the safest option.

We have $5 million public liability insurance and all instructors are fully qualified and accredited by Apnea International or an equivalent organisation.
