About the course
Freediving Level 3 This advanced course is for certified freedivers who have completed Stage A (or equivalent). Minimum age is 17 (or 14 with parental consent). It includes 4 open water dives and 2 pool sessions, with a certification depth of 20m and a maximum training depth of 30m. The course dives deeper—literally and mentally—into the core of freediving. You’ll refine your skills in static and dynamic apnea, constant weight, and free immersion, while mastering energy-efficient movement, personalized technique, and mental clarity. Theory topics include: Physics & physiology of freediving Dive response and blackout awareness Advanced breathing & equalization techniques Pressure effects at depth Freediving psychology and relaxation Fitness and Pranayama Planning deep dive sessions Safety equipment & rescue procedures You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the mammalian dive reflex, train with static breath-hold tables, and refine finning, posture, and buoyancy for deeper, more efficient dives. This is more than a technical course—it’s a journey. You’ll build confidence, sharpen awareness, and strengthen your connection with the underwater world.
