Cancellation Policy

If YOU have to cancel: We understand things happen and you may have to change your plans. Please contact Niro as soon as possible on +972 503310080. If you cancel 7 days prior to the session or course date: full deposit refund will be given. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the session or course: we will give you a voucher for the deposit value of the training or course to use at another time. The vouchers are transferable and have a 365 day validity. If WE have to cancel: We are based in wonderful, wild Sri Lanka and unfortunately the conditions do not always play ball. We will always try to give you as much notice as possible but sometimes unpredicted things happen. If we have to cancel, you have a few options: You can reschedule to another course or training date Get a voucher for the deposit amount to use at another time Get a full deposit refund as the weather/conditions are the one thing we can’t control and we want you to have the best possible experience. Freediving Sri Lanka reserves the right to deliver the full L2 AIDA freediving course over 2 days (instead of the advertised 3 days) in the instance that a course has fewer than 3 participants. In this circumstance there is no change to course content.
